We\u2019re a young, self-organized company in the parking management industry: Allow us to introduce\u2026 Parcandi! How do cars find available parking spots\u2014and vice versa? Here, we\u2019re writing great love stories that will hopefully save people a lot of time. Owners can manage unused parking spaces, and drivers can find hassle-free parking options faster and more affordably. In this way, Parcandi reduces emissions, stress, and the amount of land used for parking. <\/p>\n

Your Role
<\/strong>You are the first point of contact for our customers and a key part of our day-to-day operations.<\/p>\n

A large part of your job involves handling inquiries by phone and email and ensuring that our users get the help they need quickly, easily, and to their satisfaction.<\/p>\n

You can expect a wide variety of issues\u2014ranging from simple questions to more complex cases where you’ll find solutions on your own and contribute your own ideas.<\/p>\n

In addition to providing support, you\u2019ll also have the opportunity to get actively involved\u2014for example, in optimizing processes, our website, or internal projects. There are always opportunities here to take on more responsibility. <\/p>\n
