I doubt anyone would find themselves there: looking for a parking space – especially in urban areas – can be frustrating. Whether in the morning around the office or on the way to customers: Whenever you need to get there quickly, there’s never a parking lot free. In Germany, for example, we cooperate with Baloise, an insurer based in Hamburg and Bad Homburg. “The goal was to utilize the parking spaces in our building portfolio more intensively,” says Jan Wenger, innovation manager in the real estate division. “After 6 p.m., for example, office buildings stand empty, are dead capital.
