Your mission
You are responsible for the technical implementation, installation, operation and technical support of our systems – from on-site hardware to the central cloud platform.
You ensure that everything is properly installed, stably networked and securely operated.
You recognize problems before they become critical – and solve them pragmatically and efficiently, if necessary together with our partners, service providers and customers.
Your tasks
- Planning, coordination and management of technical installations (license plate scanners, sensors, gateways, cloud services, etc.) including integration and commissioning together with partners, service providers and customers
- Analysis and resolution of technical problems and support cases on site and remotely as well as proactive system optimization and automation
- Setting up, operating and securing networks and system communication (routers, firewalls, VPNs, API and cloud connections, certificates, SSO, RBAC, etc.)
- Technical co-responsibility for our central cloud platform (Microsoft Azure) in cooperation with our technology partners
- Monitoring, maintenance and quality assurance of existing installations (incl. firmware updates and release upgrades)
- Support with pilot projects, tests, further developments and business continuity measures
- Creation of technical documentation and active know-how transfer within the team and with partners
What you bring with you
- Completed training in the fields of IT, systems engineering, electrical engineering or comparable (e.g. Systems Engineer / ICT Systems Engineer)
- Several years of practical experience in network technology, IT infrastructure or systems engineering
- Good knowledge of networks, firewalls, VPNs, IT security
- Experience or strong interest in camera, license plate scanner or sensor technology
- Programming or scripting knowledge (e.g. Linux, SQL, TypeScript, GitHub, Azure Functions or similar)
- Understanding of APIs, CI/CD or cloud environments
- Structured, analytical and solution-oriented way of working
- Team spirit, initiative and a strong hands-on mentality
- Strong coordination and enjoy guiding partners and technicians
Optional: Certifications in the areas of cloud, networks or IT security are an advantage.

As a Key Account Manager, you are responsible for looking after the partners whose parking spaces we manage – property owners, property management companies and companies with parking spaces for employees or customers.
You are the first point of contact and ensure regular communication, resolve major and minor issues and actively and proactively shape the relationship with our business partners. It goes without saying that all contractual agreements are adhered to thanks to you. Thanks to you, we grow with our existing partners.
We are a young, self-organized company in the parking space management: Allow me… Parcandi! How do cars find free parking spaces and vice versa? We write great love stories here that hopefully will save people a lot of time. Owners can manage unused parking spaces and parkers can find uncomplicated parking options more quickly and cheaply. Parcandi thus reduces emissions, stress and land consumption for parking spaces.

Your tasks:
- Support and maintenance of existing partners and key customers (property managers, owners, companies with employees or customer parking spaces)
- Proactive expansion of the customer relationship
- Creation of presentations on products, locations and customer portfolios
- Documentation of customer data in the CRM system
- Creation of reports and analyses on usage, sales development, capacity utilization and optimization potential
- Identification of new business opportunities and potential analysis of existing locations
- Hub between partners and internal teams (e.g. onboarding, sales, operations, marketing) to ensure a smooth process
- Support in contract negotiations and proposal preparation
- Planning and conducting meetings and property inspections
- Collaboration in the planning and implementation of partner events and trade fairs
- Regular inspections of parking halls for quality control, assessment and support of Parcandi’s implementation of these requirements
Qualifications:
- Completed commercial training or studies in business administration, real estate or sales
- Professional experience in key account management, customer service, ideally in the real estate sector
- Technical understanding of building management or parking management is an advantage
- Analytical thinking and experience in reporting and data evaluation
- Independent, structured and reliable way of working
- High level of communication and negotiation skills
- Enjoy customer contact, field service activities and personal exchange
