Last week, Parcandi’s hard work bore fruit and we won silver in the Enterprise category of the Best of Swiss Apps 2021 awards! We are particularly proud to have achieved this just four months after our foundation. We were also shortlisted in three other categories: Business Impact, Mobile Web and User Experience & Usability.
Best of Swiss Apps works to promote Switzerland’s technology ecosystem, where quality gets the recognition it deserves and brings like-minded teams together. With 11 different categories, the diversity of modern technology is covered. Within the categories, you can make it onto the shortlist. The best apps in a category are awarded gold, silver or bronze. The Best of Swiss Apps is also awarded across all categories.
Parcandi successful in Enterprise
Enterprise recognizes above-average enterprise apps that are remarkable in their efficiency, profitability, novel business models with disruptive potential, or demonstrate compelling internal and/or B2B processes. In short, Enterprise encompasses the company’s service, in the case of Parcandi, parking space sharing-as-a-service.
“Our app has two target groups,” explains Corsin Sulser: “It is a marketplace for people looking for a parking space and for property managers.”
Parcandi mediates between these two customer groups, as renting would otherwise require considerable bureaucratic effort, thus providing flexibility for both sides.
For Olga Pieritz, the main advantage is that “through the Admin Portal, administrators can easily view the performance of their properties’ parking spaces and thus have maximum transparency at all times. Administrators can adjust capacity and price and also carry out troubleshooting.”
“As the data can be viewed clearly and per building, the admin view also makes the daily tasks of 24/7 customer support easier,” adds Cédric Wichert. It is also easy to adjust the number of parking spaces and quickly create new parking garages.
