You can find the nearest car park near you by sharing your location or by checking the map on our website where the nearest car park is.

Parcandi solves your parking problems. on www.parcandi.com you can book parking spaces easily and conveniently, even two hours in advance!

Parcandi creates more parking spaces for everyone. Parkers save time and stress, while cities and the environment can breathe easier due to reduced emissions from less traffic looking for a parking space.

At the same time, commercial and private car park owners can easily rent out their unused space and make better use of it.

If the gate doesn’t open after clicking “Open Gate” several times, we recommend you go through the following steps:

1) There may be a disconnection. Close and reopen the website and try opening the gate again.

2) In some multi-storey car parks, the gate does not open if the pedestrian door is not completely closed. Check briefly whether this is the case and then try to open the gate again.

3) If the gate still does not open, you can call our customer support on +41 (0)61 512 45 05. We are there for you 24/7 and will be happy to help you.

On www.parcandi.com you can choose a car park on the map or with the tiles under the map. The map adjusts to your current GPS location and shows you parking options in your area.

After you have selected a car park, you can either rent a parking space immediately or reserve it for two hours free of charge – all with just your license plate number and mobile phone number!

Parking becomes chargeable after you press either “Start booking” (in case of immediate parking) or “Open gate” (after reservation).

As soon as you have made a booking or reservation, you will receive an SMS from us. This contains a link to your booking/reservation, which you can use to return to your booking/reservation page at any time if you have closed the web browser.

You can use your booking link to open the gate, complete the booking and pay, and view the receipt at any time. Therefore, do not delete this SMS.

After making a reservation, you can use the link to start your parking time (by opening the gate) or cancel the reservation.

You can get into the car park by clicking on “Open gate”. You can press this button as often as you like.

If you have reserved, parking will be charged when you open the gate for the first time.

Sometimes the parking spaces are also in the basement or on a different floor than the entrance. The way to the parking lots is marked with blue Parcandi arrows.

You can park as long as you want! We offer attractive hourly, daily and, at certain locations, monthly rates. Payment is made at the end of the parking process by clicking on “End parking” and then on “Pay”, regardless of whether it is two hours or two months.

Yes you can. After payment you have 20 minutes to open the gate and drive out of the car park.

When you return, you usually enter the car park the same way you left it. For example via the ramp by clicking on “open gate” on your smartphone when the gate is locked.

In certain multi-storey car parks, you can return to your vehicle via a stairwell or a separate entrance/exit door (if necessary, press the “Open door” button on your smartphone).

You can return to the page by clicking on the link that you received via SMS after your booking or reservation.

Yes, you can drive away during an open booking and then re-enter the car park with the same booking. The parking time and costs continue even if you are not in the parking garage.

Daily rates represent the maximum parking charges that can be incurred within a day. Once the daily rate is reached by the hourly cost, the parking rate will not continue to increase for the remainder of the day. We always expect 24 hours from the start of the booking. At the beginning of the next 24 hours, the process starts again from the beginning.

The daily rate and hourly rate vary depending on the car park – so the number of hours you need to reach the daily rate varies.

Note that daily rates are only calculated within one booking , i.e. the booked time or achieved rates are not spread over several bookings.

Example: If the hourly rate in a car park is CHF 1 and the daily rate is CHF 8, the daily rate is reached after eight hours. For the remaining 16 hours, the parking fees do not increase any further.

You can basically park anywhere for a longer period of time. All you have to do is create a booking in the desired car park and keep it as long as you need the parking space.

At some locations we have a monthly rate. Once you have reached the monthly limit with the accumulated daily tariffs, the price will not increase for the remaining time until 31 days have been reached. After 31 days, the process for daily and monthly rates starts again, in combination with the costs already incurred.

Note that you must not end your booking to take advantage of the monthly plan. If you end the booking early and create a new booking, the counter starts again from the beginning.

Example: If the daily rate in a car park is CHF 10 and the monthly rate is CHF 150, the monthly rate is reached after 15 days. For the remaining 16 days, the parking fees do not increase further. After 31 days, the process starts again from the beginning.

Since we want to use the parking space as optimally as possible, you can only reserve the parking spaces two hours in advance.

After the two hours, the parking lot will be released again. However, you can make a new reservation straight away.

Yes, we also have e-parking spaces at selected locations. These locations are marked on the map with a small charging plug icon.

Activate “Only show e-parking spaces” below the map so that you only see locations that have e-parking.

You can find the price conditions and other details of the e-parking spaces by clicking on the car park of your choice.

As soon as you have selected a car park, you will receive an overview of the car park equipment and further information:

  • Pictures inside the car park and from the street
  • Prices
  • entrance height
  • opening hours
  • Maneuverability (e.g. large parking lots, extensive parking garage, etc.)
  • Covered / uncovered parking garage
  • video surveillance
  • Handicap / Wheelchair Accessibility
  • Availability toilet
  • Location on Google Maps

FAQ - Prices and payment

We currently offer payment via credit card (Mastercard, VISA), TWINT, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, Apple Pay and PayPal. The payment options may vary depending on the country.

You pay at the end of your booking, whether you parked for two hours or two months.
Complete your booking by clicking on “End parking” and then on “Pay”.

Payment by invoice is not accepted and is only possible in exceptional cases.

The parking costs vary depending on the car park.

You automatically get the best rate for you, depending on how long you park. We currently do not offer weekly, annual plans or subscriptions.

FAQ-Troubleshooting

Internet connection problems can sometimes occur in underground car parks, which means that payment is not possible at short notice. In this case, try to load the page again on the surface or outside the parking garage. In exceptional cases, you can also make the payment later from home.

You can return to the payment process at any time by following the link sent to you in the booking SMS.

If you have not yet completed and paid for your last booking, you cannot create a new booking. Use the link in the Parcandi SMS of your last booking to check whether you have completed and paid for it.

Many Parcandi users enjoy our daily and monthly rates. This means that popular locations are often fully booked for a longer period of time and that customers do not always occupy a parking space during their booking or have not temporarily parked their vehicle in the multi-storey car park.

FAQ - Register and One-Click Parking

On www.parcandi.com you can register by clicking on the “People” icon at the top right.

As a registered Parcandi user, you can use the convenient one-click parking feature.

With One-Click Parking you can start a booking or registration without having to re-enter your details – in other words, with one click. All you have to do is create a user profile.

You can customize your user profile by clicking the “People” icon while logged in. Here you can adjust and add to your data.
