Senozon is a consulting firm for data-driven mobility analytics. Using their models, their clients evaluate the impact of traffic calming measures, find the best locations for their stores and the best use for real estate.
From the cooperation with Senozon we wished to achieve the following two goals
Using statistical analyses of Parcandi ‘s measured parking bookings with the Senozon Mobility Model’s mobility demand, the drivers of parking bookings were identified. This allowed Senozon to determine a valuation model that estimates the success of a site.
In a user-friendly tool, the quantitative potential for parking bookings was presented for each hectare (100 m x 100 m) in Switzerland, so that offered spaces could be anchored in it and evaluated.
For Parcandi, Senozon data and a jointly developed methodology provided a robust basis for making informed decisions about new parking areas. This tool allows easy analysis of sites in two dashboards. Now we can grade all properties with one upload, ensuring even faster onboarding.
