Top-FAQs

The page with my booking is not loading, what can I do?
There is often poor reception in garages. Try again later as soon as you have a stable connection. If it still doesn’t work, reload the link in a different browser or delete your cookies in the browser.

How do I open the gate/how do I get back to the car?
When you created your booking, you received an SMS containing a link. This link is your booking. In the link you will find the ‘Open gate’ button, which you can use to open the gate and return to the vehicle.

How far in advance can I reserve a parking space?
At Parcandi you can only reserve a parking space two hours in advance, e.g. if you have to drive from Zurich to Basel. Car parks are available on a first-comes-first-serve basis. As soon as you make a reservation, you can park for as long as you like. It is not possible to reserve a car park for longer than two hours.

The payment process is not working, what should I do?
Internet connection problems can sometimes occur in underground car parks, which means that payment is not possible for a short time. Try again outside the car park or alternatively from home. If you continue to have problems, please call our customer support.

Yes, you can. After paying, you still have 20 minutes to open the gate and drive out of the car park.

When you return, you usually enter the car park the same way you left it. For example, via the ramp by clicking on ‘Open gate’ on your smartphone if the gate is locked.

Yes, you can drive away during an open booking and then re-enter the car park with the same booking. The parking time and costs will continue even if you are not in the car park.

Daily tariffs represent the maximum parking charges that can be incurred within a day. As soon as the daily rate is reached by the hourly costs, the parking fees for the rest of the day do not increase any further. We always calculate 24 hours from the start of the booking. The process starts again at the beginning of the next 24 hours.

The daily rate and hourly rate vary depending on the car park – therefore the number of hours required to reach the daily rate varies.

Please note that daily rates are only calculated within one booking, i.e. the booked time or achieved rates are not spread over several bookings.

Example: If the hourly rate in a car park is CHF 1 and the daily rate is CHF 8, the daily rate is reached after eight hours. For the remaining 16 hours, the car park charges do not increase any further.

You can find our attractive prices for hourly, daily and monthly rates at www.parcandi.com under the respective car parks.

the car park of your choice and keep it for as long as you need the parking space.

At some locations we have a monthly rate. Once you have reached the monthly limit with the accumulated daily rates, the price will not increase for the remaining time until 31 days have been reached. After 31 days, the process for daily and monthly instalments starts all over again, in combination with the costs already incurred.

Please note that you may not cancel your booking to take advantage of the monthly rate. If you end the booking prematurely and create a new booking, the counter starts again from the beginning.

Example: If the daily rate in a car park is CHF 10 and the monthly rate is CHF 150, the monthly rate is reached after 15 days. For the remaining 16 days, the car park charges do not increase any further. After 31 days, the process starts all over again.

The respective prices and other useful information can be found under the car parks at www.parcandi.com.

As we want to use the parking space as optimally as possible, you can only reserve parking spaces two hours in advance.

After the two hours have expired, the car park will be released again. However, you can make a new reservation straight away.
