Hotel Parking Reorganized

Better visibility for the front desk, greater convenience for hotel guests

For hotel guests, parking is often more than just a brief stop upon arrival. Guests traveling by car want to be able to move around freely throughout their stay—entering and exiting the parking lot easily, without having to take a ticket, pick up a badge, or have the exit gate unlocked each time. Payment should also be as simple as possible: ideally, the parking fee is billed directly along with the hotel stay, without requiring a separate payment or any additional effort on the guest’s part.

Parcandi Hotels now offers a solution that allows the front desk to manage parking stays directly: activate license plates, enter check-out dates, keep track of open parking transactions, and include parking fees directly on the final bill. This not only simplifies the parking experience for guests but also makes administrative tasks significantly more manageable for the hotel staff.

As soon as a guest enters the parking garage, the license plate is automatically recognized and a reservation is created. During check-in, the hotel staff can immediately activate the license plate and, for example, enter the planned check-out date. From that point on, the parking space is activated for the entire duration of the stay: The barrier opens automatically every time the guest enters or exits, without the need for the front desk to manually trigger it each time.

Billing is also much simpler: The parking fee can be added directly to the final hotel room bill. The reservation is automatically closed when you leave the parking lot for the last time on your check-out date.

Alternatively, guests can activate and pay for their stay themselves through Parcandi—without any extra work for the hotel staff.

For hotels, this means less manual administration, fewer inquiries at the front desk, and a clear overview of outstanding or paid parking transactions at all times. For guests, it means arriving, getting around with flexibility, and enjoying their stay—without a parking ticket, badge, or extra detours.
